StartmeupHK創業節10月舉行 料吸引逾1.2萬名初創及投資者參加 (18:27) – 20240924 – 即時財經新聞

今屆創業節將舉辦五個主要活動及連串社群活動,而且相比往屆擴展至更廣泛的香港及全球各地,受邀演講嘉賓涵蓋多位全球商業領袖及創新企業家。本屆創業節亦將舉辦一系列交流活動,包括會議、辯論、展覽、創業比賽,以及更多的人脈拓展機會。投資推廣署的初創團隊已在亞洲、歐洲和中東多個城市舉行路演活動。

投資推廣署署長劉凱旋表示,初創企業在港能受惠於充滿活力的網絡,當中涵蓋孵化器和加速器、經驗豐富的天使投資人和創投機構,以及友好的企業家社群。這全面的生態圈孕育出多間獨角獸企業,並推動了迅速擴展的初創版圖,涵蓋金融科技、零售科技、健康科技、綠色科技等多個領域。他們的2023年初創企業統計調查顯示,本地初創企業數目及僱員人數均創歷史新高,共有4257家初創企業,合共僱用16453名員工。

投資推廣署初創企業總裁陳幗貞表示,今年的StartmeupHK創業節的活動,深入探討圍繞創新科技的最具影響力和前瞻性的主題,希望激發思想交流和新的倡議,以開啟推動積極變革的無限可能性。今年創業節亦舉辦不同社群活動以加強初創生態圈的聯繫,初創企業團隊亦正在倫敦和上海等多個城市進行全球路演活動以宣傳香港的優勢,這些活動將持續至創業節開幕前,以將香港和創業節推廣至更廣泛的全球受眾。

在活動內,包括阿里巴巴旗下Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund及新世界發展(0017)等,均舉辦不同主要活動,當中新世界發展「1.5°C 峰會 – 以科技定義未來十年」將於K11 Musea舉行,重點探討接下來十年大幅減少碳排放所需要採取的對策。
