Klook表示,即使與Google Cloud的合作還在初步探索階段,生成式AI已顯著提升了Klook的規模效率,與Google Cloud的擴大合作將突破旅遊產業當前應用AI的方式,創造競爭優勢,帶來更快更有感的顧客體驗與商家營運效率,長期提升內部生產力。

Klook的AI基礎架構將為未來的AI創新服務提供支持,解決多數旅客與商家面臨的痛點,包含根據消費者反饋及平台數據,推出「購物指南(shopping guide)」功能,幫助旅客在相似的一日遊等旅遊體驗中做出更符合需求的選擇,將是亞洲第一個運用AI提供此服務的線上旅遊平台。Klook同時為商家提供一系列解決方案,協助他們收集有價值的商業洞察並改善營運效率。

Google Cloud亞太區副總裁Karan Bajwa表示,Klook的共享AI基礎架構將大幅度影響企業營運業務,並最大程度降低重複性工作與數據碎片化帶來的風險。
