KH Studio made the fake trailer and uploaded it on YouTube. This channel is known for posting fake or fan-made trailers for movies that have not yet been released, are yet to drop official footage, or were never announced or confirmed to be in development.

As of this writing, KH Studios has uploaded 151 videos and amassed 208K subscribers.

Is Tom Holland starring in a Pokémon movie?

No, Tom Holland is not starring in a Pokémon movie.

As per We Got This Covered, there were rumors in December 2020 that suggested that Tom Holland was in consideration for the role of Blue Oak in a Pokémon spin-off movie, set in the same shared universe as Ryan Reynolds‘ Detective Pikachu. However, there have not been any updates about Holland’s involvement in any future live-action Pokémon projects.
