Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Coventry Group Neil Cathie Buys 9.5% More Shares

Even if it’s not a huge purchase, we think it was good to see that Neil Cathie, the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Coventry Group Ltd (ASX:CYG) recently shelled out AU$145k to buy stock, at AU$1.45 per share. Although the purchase is not a big one, increasing their shareholding by only 9.5%, it can be interpreted as a good sign.

In fact, the recent purchase by Neil Cathie was the biggest purchase of Coventry Group shares made by an insider individual in the last twelve months, according to our records.
