Now 60 years old, Concepcion credited his lifestyle for keeping him in top shape.

“Good health is very important in my various roles on and off screen. That’s why I stay physically active, eat healthy, get enough sleep, and find time to relax,” Concepcion shared in a press conference, adding that he enjoys nature, particularly the beach.

“I love going there, nakedly happy,” he jested. “If I can only add three terms or three lifetimes I would.”

For the veteran actor, maintaining a healthy lifestyle isn’t just about looking good but about making the most out of life. He embraces a proactive approach, recognizing the importance of taking care of oneself before it’s too late.
