Multiple celebrities were named as defendants in an amended complaint against celebrity Sean “Diddy” Combs filed on Friday.
The filing by Ashley Parham and two unnamed plaintiffs lists over a dozen defendants, including NFL player Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski.
Beckham and Druski responded to the allegations and denied any wrongdoing on social media.

Combs is facing federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. The rapper and record executive is accused of hosting “Freak Off” parties in which guests were coerced into performing sexual acts, according to court documents. He also faces over 30 lawsuits from plaintiffs accusing him of sex crimes.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges and denies any wrongdoing.

The lawsuit claims that Beckham was part of a “violent gang rape” of Parham in 2018 in Orinda, California.
Beckham said he was informed of the allegations in a statement posted to X on Monday.
“I really can’t even believe that my name is mentioned in that matter,” Beckham said. “There is absolutely no truth to those allegations.”
He said he was not near Orinda, and he does not think he has ever been to the city before.
“I have never done anything like that, and I would never do anything like that to anyone,” Beckham said. “I’m confident that these ridiculous claims against me will be dismissed.”
Druski, real name Drew Desbordes, was also accused of raping Parham in the lawsuit. He called the allegation “a fabricated lie” in a statement posted to X on Sunday.
“I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish,” Desbordes said.
He continued, “My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”
Several defendants named in the lawsuit are also part of Combs’ inner circle, including his former bodyguard Big Homie CC, real name Keith Lucks, who is accused of receiving significant revenue from Combs’ criminal enterprise.
The lawsuit states that Lucks “seemingly began to protect” Parham during an exchange with Combs.
Lucks highlighted that portion of the legal filing in an Instagram story.
“I’ve protected women my whole life and in this paperwork it says I protected this lady,” Lucks said.
He added that he has “never harmed a lady” and “never will.”
Several other famous names are mentioned in the lawsuit, including Jeffrey Epstein and Michael Jackson. These individuals are not named as defendants and were mentioned in different contexts.

What Happens Next
The plaintiffs are asking the court to go to trial and to award damages in an amount to be determined at trial, along with attorneys’ fees and any other relief the court deems proper.
