Job Description

Our Strategic Procurement and Logistics Department is comprised of highly engaged individuals who share the same vision of continuously offering high service quality to satisfy the supply chain requirement of over 200 retail outlets spread over Hong Kong, China and Asia Pacific. Responsibilities:

  • Handle stock planning, replenishment and inventory management for HK and overseas markets
  • Coordinate with warehouse, front end and various departments to assure a smooth supply chain system
  • Maintain accurate inventory record and closely monitor the inventory movement and stock reconciliations
  • Prioritize stock replenishment orders from shops and other internal customers
  • Monitor back orders situation and follow up the reasoning & actions
  • Assist to manage the performance of 3PL warehouses for the assigned markets and oversee all transportation arrangements
  • Assist in the supply chain system enhancement and automation projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Logistics or Supply Chain or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in inventory control, stock allocation and supply chain management from skincare products or health products or FMCG industry
  • Experience in inventory control for commodity with product freshness issue
  • Experience in 3PL or 3PL management would be an advantage
  • Independent, detail-minded, responsible with strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
