HGC環電指，其下半年阻擋的各類型網絡攻擊中，包括勒索軟件、殭屍網路、網絡釣魚等。其中近80%網絡攻擊來自仿冒電郵或釣魚網站，可見網絡攻擊對企業日常營運帶來巨大挑戰。其方案涵蓋醫療、工程、零售、製造及餐飲等行業。有超過半數用戶在3個月試用體驗後，決定訂閱商業安全寬頻服務，部分客戶更追加產品項目，例如加購AI沙盒功能，將可疑檔案置於隔離空間運行，防止系統及網絡受網絡病毒感染。此外，服務還包括網址過濾功能及定期提供網絡安全報告，可讓中小企深入了解及管理公司網絡系統。
