I’ve never put much thought into the charging cables I use with my phone because, more often than not, I just use the one that comes in the box. But as more manufacturers omit them from the packaging, you might eventually have to buy one yourself. That’s crazy, right? I have a surge protector hidden underneath my desk, and the extra slack from my old cables always looked messy. But since this new one coils around itself, I can easily tuck the excess out of sight.
