LEGO convention returns to Eagan with massive displays, celebrity guests

The Minnesota Brick Convention returns to Eagan Civic Arena in April 2026, showcasing stunning LEGO displays, interactive zones, and celebrity meet-and-greets.

EAGAN, Minn. — The Minnesota Brick Convention is set to return to the Eagan Civic Arena on April 11-12, 2026, bringing a weekend of massive displays, professional artists, and interactive building zones to local LEGO enthusiasts.

The 2026 event will feature all-new creations and life-sized models. Professional LEGO artists from across the United States will be on-site to display their work and meet with fans. Attendees can also participate in meet-and-greets with LEGO celebrities, including cast members from the “LEGO Masters” television show.

Interactive Experiences and Attractions

The convention is designed for fans of all ages, offering several dedicated zones for hands-on building and viewing:

  • Construction Zone & Brick Pits: Thousands of bricks will be available for attendees to get creative, alongside live builds for fans to watch and engage with.
  • Star Wars Zone: A specialized area featuring LEGO creations from the Star Wars universe.
  • Fan Zone: A showcase of epic LEGO models built by local fan builders.
  • Castle Build Zone: A themed area where guests can construct medieval LEGO creations on-site.
  • Retail Area: Vendors will offer a variety of merchandise, including new, retired, and hard-to-find LEGO sets.

Supporting Charitable Causes

The event continues its partnership with Creations for Charity, an all-volunteer nonprofit that purchases new LEGO sets for underprivileged children globally during the holidays. Since 2023, the Brick Convention organization has raised more than $30,000 for the charity, and a portion of the proceeds from the Eagan event will support the cause.

Additionally, the convention has partnered with Vet Tix to provide tickets to currently serving military members, veterans, their families, and the immediate family of troops killed in action. In 2025, Brick Convention donated more than $70,000 worth of tickets to the veteran community.

Tickets for the Minnesota Brick Convention are available now for $14.99. Potential attendees can choose between Saturday, April 11, or Sunday, April 12.
