Meta 重押 AI:祖克伯在用 Claude Code 寫程式

擁有 Facebook 、 Instagram 與 Threads 等社群平台的科技巨頭 Meta,近期正將公司資源全面投入生成式 AI 領域。

Meta 執行長祖克伯(Mark Zuckerberg)已開始親自使用 AI 寫程式工具 Claude Code 撰寫程式碼,打破了他多年未參與直接開發的紀錄。

外媒還爆料,Meta 公司內部最近也掀起一場消耗 Token 的競賽,許多工程師藉由大量消耗 Token 來衝高個人績效指標(KPI)。


AI 寫程式正夯,創辦人重返開發前線

祖克伯在 2026 年 3 月,向 Meta 的單一儲存庫提交了 3 次程式碼差異,這是他時隔 20 年來首度進行實質的程式碼貢獻。

祖克伯使用的是 Anthropic 開發的終端機寫程式助理 Claude Code CLI,其中一次提交獲得了超過 200 名工程師的批准。

他的行為,反映了 AI 寫程式工具正在吸引企業創辦人重新投入系統開發。 Y Combinator 執行長譚(Garry Tan)也在時隔 15 年後重返程式碼編寫工作,並開源了結合 Claude Code 的系統。

根據 Meta 在 2026 年 3 月外流的內部文件,該公司設定了積極的目標,計畫在 2026 年中期讓 65% 的工程師使用 AI 編寫其 75% 以上的程式碼。

Meta 內部掀 Token 消耗大賽,KPI 淪為表演

為了推動生成式 AI 應用,Meta 內部衍生出將 Token 使用量與生產力掛鉤的現象。 Token 是大型語言模型處理文字的最小單位,中文常稱「符元」或「詞元」。

《The Information》報導透露,Meta 內部出現了一個名為 Claudeonomics 的排行榜,追蹤了超過 8.5 萬名員工的人工智慧代幣消耗量。數據顯示,員工在短短 30 天內消耗了高達 60 兆個代幣,位居榜首的使用者平均消耗量達 2,810 億個。

該排行榜設立了 Token Legend 等頭銜,藉此鼓勵員工將 AI 工具融入日常工作。

《富比士》報導指出,Meta 技術長 Andrew Bosworth 曾提及,一位頂尖工程師消耗了相當於其年薪的 Token 量;輝達執行長黃仁勳也曾表示,若年薪 50 萬美元的工程師,未能消耗價值 25 萬美元的代幣,他會感到擔憂。

然而這種內卷 Token 消耗量的 KPI 制度,也帶來弊端。 Meta 部分員工為了衝高績效數字,會將 AI 代理程式閒置運行數小時,造成運算資源的浪費。

而且,將員工的 Token 消耗量直接視為生產力指標,也讓消耗行為淪為表演,使得績效考核面臨缺乏實質業務成果支撐的挑戰。


汲取元宇宙失敗經驗,Meta 在 AI 賽道的下一步挑戰

在大舉投入 AI 之前,Meta 重押的元宇宙領域以失敗告終。該公司曾投入約 800 億美元打造虛擬世界 Horizon Worlds 與 VR/MR 設備,甚至把公司名稱改成「Meta」,最終仍未能達到市場預期的使用者規模。

Solana 基金會總裁 Lily Liu 在社群平台上評論區塊鏈遊戲與元宇宙發展時,也對過去缺乏實質內容支撐的虛擬經濟模式,表達悲觀看法。

如今 Meta 將重心轉移至 AI,積極進行市場佈局。除了推出自家的大型語言模型 LLaMA 之外,也正在逐步推進名為「Avocado」的 AI 模型計畫。

最近《Axios》的報導還透露,Meta 收購被譽為 AI 版 Reddit 的代理人社群 Moltbook,Moltbook 創辦人 Matt Schlicht 與 Ben Parr 將加入 Meta 的團隊。

外界還在關注,Meta 能否避免重蹈元宇宙過度投資,卻缺乏實質應用的覆轍,將目前的內部 Token 消耗狂熱以及針對 Moltbook 等新創的收購案,轉化為具備商業價值的實際產品,進而在競爭激烈的生成式 AI 市場中站穩腳步。
