這批未經刪減的文件,屬於馬斯克與OpenAI及其執行長山姆・奧特曼(Sam Altman)之間持續訴訟的一部分,也揭露兩位科技巨頭之間的私下溝通。兩人關係向來起伏不定,甚至曾公開互相挑戰進行綜合格鬥賽。

在一份解封證據中,祖克柏於2025年2月3日太平洋時間晚間10時04分傳訊給馬斯克,表示看起來由馬斯克實質主導的白宮DOGE辦公室「正在取得進展」。他並補充,旗下「團隊」將「隨時警戒,移除任何對在DOGE與馬斯克共事者進行人肉搜尋或威脅的內容」。

「如果還有什麼我能幫忙的,請告訴我,」祖克柏寫道。

不到30分鐘後,馬斯克以一個愛心表情回應,隨後詢問:「你願意和我及其他人一起競標OpenAI的知識產權嗎?」

祖克柏回覆:「想要現場討論嗎?」

根據文件,馬斯克對該訊息按讚,並回覆「早上會打電話」。目前尚不清楚這通電話是否真的發生。Meta發言人向《Business Insider》表示不予評論。

收購提案與融資接觸

OpenAI於2025年8月21日提交的法庭簡報指出,馬斯克曾「確認」祖克柏是他就OpenAI「潛在融資安排或投資」意向書進行接觸的人之一。

OpenAI並補充:「祖克柏與Meta皆未簽署該意向書。」

OpenAI、馬斯克與特斯拉的高級法律顧問,均未立即回應置評請求。

2025年2月10日,由馬斯克領導、包含xAI在內的投資者財團,向當時控制OpenAI的非營利組織提出974億美元收購要約。該提案由馬斯克律師Marc Toberoff提交,目的在於阻止OpenAI轉型為營利性公司。

對此,奧特曼隨即在X上回應:「不用了,謝謝,但如果你願意,我們可以用97.4億美元收購Twitter。」

訴訟爭議與關係延伸

馬斯克於2024年8月對奧特曼與OpenAI董事會提起訴訟,指控自己當初是被說服投資一個以造福人類為目標的非營利AI機構,如今卻轉向營利導向。他在OpenAI創立初期投入約3,800萬美元,目前在最新版本訴訟中,求償金額高達1,340億美元。

在另一段於2024年12月13日的對話中,祖克柏告訴馬斯克,有人「洩漏」了Meta致加州總檢察長、支持馬斯克訴訟的信件。

「我只是想讓你直接從我這裡聽到這件事,」祖克柏表示。

OpenAI已於2025年10月正式完成由非營利組織轉型為營利公司,但仍保留非營利部門。

馬斯克對奧特曼與OpenAI的訴訟,預計將於4月27日在加州奧克蘭開始陪審團遴選。
