警方打擊詐騙、洗黑錢及科技罪案拘682人涉款逾6億元  搗破「家庭式經營」詐騙集團 (16:27) – 20260202 – 港聞 – 即時新聞

警方其中一項行動涉及網上情緣詐騙集團及洗黑錢集團,共拘11人,包括3名集團主腦及1名骨幹成員,他們涉在過去16個月詐騙314人,涉案金額達4400萬元。網絡安全及科技罪案調查科總督察李俊岷說,騙徒主要冒充為在海外工作的女性,透過交友平台接觸受害人,以生活境遇坎坷等博取同情,並會自稱有自殺念頭;待發展為網戀關係,騙徒會扮演其他人員,訛稱受害人網戀女友已身故,並指定受害人繼承或處理「遺產」,再要求事主付行政費。

李俊岷續指,騙徒亦會冒充警員作二次詐騙,訛稱已偵破騙案,但要求事主支付行政費才可取回被騙款項;警方共錄得62宗二次詐騙個案。他指,該集團租用一個工廈單位作詐騙基地,警方於1月17日採取拘捕行動,於工廈單位內檢獲100萬元現金、過百支名貴烈酒、名貴手表等,共值逾600萬元。

警方調查此案期間亦發現一個洗黑錢集團,該洗黑錢集團透過傀儡戶口接收犯罪得益,以200多個戶口作資金轉移,並利用海外帳戶將款項轉作虛擬貨幣,經清洗後提取現金,再分批送至詐騙集團基地。

打擊銀行帳戶盜用 警拘10人 疑透過暗網取得受害人外泄帳戶密碼

另一個行動中,警方搗破一個盜用銀行帳戶集團,共拘10人,包括操控傀儡戶口的人士及傀儡戶口持有人。網絡安全及科技罪案調查科警司張巧儀說,警方去年2月至9月接獲51人報案,指其銀行戶口有未經授權轉帳,共損失65萬元,調查後發現有關受害人的網上理財帳戶名稱與密碼,與其本身電郵資料一樣,而有關電郵資料曾於網上泄漏,犯罪集團因此可成功登入及轉走款項。

財富情報及調查科署理總督察段玉衡表示,警方亦留意到一個招攬傀儡戶口以用作清洗網上非法賭博收益的犯案集團,集團主腦會利用多重戶口清洗集團犯罪得益,再有成員透過櫃員機提取傀儡戶口內的現金。段玉衡表示,調查發現集團於2024年1月至2025年11月期間,利用21個本地銀行戶口,清洗共約3200萬網上非法賭博收益。

警方上月22日以涉嫌串謀洗黑錢罪名拘捕6名本地人士,分別涉及5男1女,年齡介乎26至43歲,報稱職業為運輸人士、水吧、維修技工及無業。段玉衡說,行動中警方檢獲40萬元現金、30部電話、兩部電腦、一隻名貴手錶以及11張屬於他人的香港身份證。被捕人士現獲准保釋候查,須於3月上旬向警方報到。

段玉衡又提及,2025年1月至11月期間,共有4289名傀儡戶口持有人被捕,佔整體因洗黑錢相關罪行被捕的人士約9成。他續指,2023年10月至2025年12月24日,259名傀儡戶口持有人被判處加重刑罰,刑期分別增加2至18個月,最終被判監12至84個月不等。警方提醒市民切勿租借或販賣個人銀行戶口,強調無論戶口持有人或不法分子是否相識,戶口一旦用作洗黑錢,持有人都可能干犯洗黑錢相關罪行。
