新東方半年經調整盈利增8% 上調2026財年淨營收預期 (19:06) – 20260128 – 即時財經新聞

集團又公布第三季盈利指引,預計2026財年第三季度(即2025年12月1日至2026年2月28日)的淨營收將為13.132億美元至13.487億美元之間,按年增長率介乎11%到14%。

集團指,考慮各業務線的蓬勃增長,新東方上調2026財年(即2025年6月1日至2026年5月31日)的淨營收預期至52.923億美元至54.883億美元之間,按年增長率為8%到12%之間。 新東方原預計2026財年全年淨營收將為51.453億美元至53.9億美元之間,按年上升率為5% 到10%之間。

新東方第二季的淨營收按年上升14.7%至11.914億美元,較之前公司預期的增長9至12%好﹔第二季度的經營利潤按年上升244.4%至6630萬美元。半年淨營收則按年升9.7%至27.14億美元,經營利潤按年增20.7%至3.77億美元。

新東方董事會執行主席俞敏洪表示,很高興看到公司營收在2026財年第二季度按年增長加速至14.7%。出國考試準備業務的收入按年增長約4.1%;同時,針對成人及大 學生的國內考試準備業務錄得按年約12.8%的增長,而新教育業務更實現21.6%的按年增 長。

新東方執行總裁兼首席財務官楊志輝則指出,在營收增長加速之際,仍實現了NonGAAP經營利潤率顯著的按年提升,這得益於教育業務中運營效率的優化與資源使 用率的提高。本季度的Non-GAAP經營利潤率達7.5%,較去年同期增加470個基點。展望未來,將持續以審慎態度深化各業務的成本與效率管控措施,旨在為更可持續、更 具盈利性的增長奠定堅實基礎。

公司於去年10月已據先前通過的三年股東回報計劃,批准派發每普通股0.12美元的現金股息,並將分二次派發作為2026財年股東回報,第一期已派發,第二期將適時落實及公布。
