雅生活指,截至今日公告日期,公司與雅居樂控股存在貿易應收款項等與關聯方的結餘。經過公平磋商,雅居樂控股及公司達成協議,後續將以現金對價償還集團對雅居樂控股的應收款欠款,使集團能收回部分到期應收款項,消減相關壞賬風險。

雅生活指,該等目標主要從事環保相關業務,預計可與公司城市服務板塊的業務有機結合,形成一定的地域及客戶協同效應。該等目標具備獨立運營及拓展能力,經營性現金流可覆蓋自身業務發展需要,預計不會對其主營業務和現金流產生任何重大影響。

集團或將尋求與第三方合作經營,通過出租廠房或設備等,或將該等目標股權出售予第三方,以換取現金回報。未來,集團仍將聚焦物業管理主業,以輕資產模式發展核心業務,持續加強回款力度和現金流管理,積極就應收款項結餘與各方磋商,保障回款措施有效落地。

集團又同時修訂股息政策,自2025年財政年度起生效,預期每年派付不低於核心歸母淨利潤25%的股息,惟須受以下載列的考慮因素所規限,包括經營業績; 現金流量; 財務狀况;對公司派付股息之法定及監管限制; 集團的未來前景;及董事會認爲有關的其他因素。
