據業務更新，新世界於2025年會繼續專注地產主業，包括在港推售「柏蔚森」、「STATE PAVILIA皇都」等住宅項目，並持續在內地銷售多元化的項目，集團管理層秉持穩健務實的經營方針，加強市場導向和提升項目回報率，並期望藉此向不同持分者提供業務發展的最新狀況。

新世界表示，旗下樓盤「柏蔚森」系列加推，開售以來累計銷售519個單位，套現超35億元，創下2024年啟德跑道區銷量冠軍紀錄。

位於北角的「STATE PAVILIA皇都」提供388個住宅單位，截至1月16日為止一周標售10伙，平均售價近4000萬元，平均呎價約34,300元，合共套現近4億元。至於項目中的商場「STATE THEATRE by K11 」，預計2027年啟用。商場樓高4層，樓面面積逾8萬平方呎，將活化成港島核心的文化零售大型綜合新地標。

集團未來亦會加快港鐵黃竹坑站「港島海岸」第五期、半山衛城道高端住宅以及啟德樓盤等項目的推售進度，加上已推出的樓盤，2024/25財年全年合計共推出超過4,400個單位。

內地方面，截至2024年12月底，內地半年銷售收入已經超過全年目標的70%，其中廣州項目廣粵觀邸，開盤即熱銷近20億元。其他項目方面，寧波K11盛大開業、杭州江明月朗園項目已交付，深圳西麗項目亦即將進入開發建設階段。廣州耀勝新世界廣場項目的寫字樓、K11 Select及住宅則預計將在2025年進入全面交付期，杭州新世界城市藝術中心一期寫字樓及商業則進入銷售及租賃期，總面積約248萬平方呎的K11 ECOAST也即將開業。
