據業務更新,新世界於2025年會繼續專注地產主業,包括在港推售「柏蔚森」、「STATE PAVILIA皇都」等住宅項目,並持續在內地銷售多元化的項目,集團管理層秉持穩健務實的經營方針,加強市場導向和提升項目回報率,並期望藉此向不同持分者提供業務發展的最新狀況。

新世界表示,旗下樓盤「柏蔚森」系列加推,開售以來累計銷售519個單位,套現超35億元,創下2024年啟德跑道區銷量冠軍紀錄。

位於北角的「STATE PAVILIA皇都」提供388個住宅單位,截至1月16日為止一周標售10伙,平均售價近4000萬元,平均呎價約34,300元,合共套現近4億元。至於項目中的商場 「STATE THEATRE by K11 」,預計2027年啟用。商場樓高4層,樓面面積逾8萬平方呎,將活化成港島核心的文化零售大型綜合新地標。

集團未來亦會加快港鐵黃竹坑站「港島海岸」第五期、半山衛城道高端住宅以及啟德樓盤等項目的推售進度,加上已推出的樓盤,2024/25財年全年合計共推出超過4,400個單位。

內地方面,截至2024年12月底,內地半年銷售收入已經超過全年目標的70%,其中廣州項目廣粵觀邸,開盤即熱銷近20億元。其他項目方面,寧波K11盛大開業、杭州江明月朗園項目已交付,深圳西麗項目亦即將進入開發建設階段。廣州耀勝新世界廣場項目的寫字樓、K11 Select及住宅則預計將在2025年進入全面交付期,杭州新世界城市藝術中心一期寫字樓及商業則進入銷售及租賃期,總面積約248萬平方呎的K11 ECOAST也即將開業。
