11月末,規模以上工業企業每百元資產實現的營業收入為77.7元,年減2.9元;產成品存貨周轉天數為19.8天,較去年同期增加0.1天;應收帳款平均回收期為66.7天,較去年同期增加4.2天。規模以上工業企業應收帳款26.92兆元,較去年增長8.5%;產成品存貨6.57兆元,增長3.3%。

國統局工業司統計師於衛寧解讀指,雖然規模以上工業企業利潤仍處下降區間,但隨著政策組合效應持續顯現,工業企業利潤降幅繼續收窄,效益狀況改善。

報告內容如下:

11月份,隨著存量政策有效落實,一攬子增量政策加快推出,政策組合效應持續發揮,帶動規模以上工業生產平穩增長,企業效益持續恢復。當月工業企業營業收入由降轉增,利潤降幅持續收窄,製造業高端化、智慧化、綠色化深入推進。企業效益狀況呈現以下特色:

工業企業當月營業收入由降轉增加。隨著政策效應持續釋放,規模以上工業生產加快,帶動企業當月營業收入由降轉增。 11月份,全國規模以上工業企業營業收入年增0.5%,上月為下降0.2%,當月營業收入連續兩個月回升。 1—11月份,規上工業企業累計營業收入維持增長,較去年同期增長1.8%。

工業企業當月獲利降幅持續縮小。 11月份,全國規模以上工業企業獲利年減7.3%,在去年高基數基礎上降幅較10月份收窄2.7個百分點。其中,受價格回升、收入轉增帶動,工業企業獲利空間改善,反映企業效益基本面狀況的毛利降幅連續兩個月收窄。三大門類中,採礦業利潤降幅較10月份收窄10.9個百分點,製造業降幅收窄0.3個百分點;電力、熱力、燃氣及水生產及供應業利潤當月增長4.8%,較10月份加快0.3個百分點。 1—11月份,規上工業企業累計利潤總額達6.67兆元,較去年同期下降4.7%。

製造業高端化、智慧化、綠色化深入推進。 11月份,製造業高端化、智慧化、綠化相關產業利潤快速增長,為工業高品質發展提供穩定支撐。其中,高端裝備製造業利潤增長較快,光電子元件製造、航太相關設備製造等產業利潤較去年同期分別增長41.1%、14.3%;智慧化、自動化產品生產加速帶動相關產業利潤增加,穿戴式智慧型裝置製造、繪圖計算及測量儀器製造等產業利潤分別增長90.3%、31.3%;綠色生產、綠色生活方式加速形成,推動相關產業利潤增長向好,鋰離子電池製造、環境監測專用儀器儀表製造等產業利潤分別增長35.3%、 17.9%。

「兩新」政策持續落實。 11月份,隨著各項政策工具綜合運用,「兩新」政策效能持續顯現,相關產業利潤快速增長。在大規模設備更新相關政策帶動下,專用設備製造業利潤年增36.7%。其中,電子和電工機械專用設備製造,採礦、冶金、建築專用設備製造,化學、木材、非金屬加工專用設備製造等產業利潤快速增長,較去年同期分別增長110.6%、90.4%、35.7%。家電、家裝、廚衛等消費品領域以舊換新政策落實,相關產業利潤增長較快。其中,家用清潔衛生電器製造、家用冷凍電器製造、耐火陶瓷製品及其他耐火材料製造、家用空氣調節器製造等產業利潤分別增長311.4%、82.9%、25.0%、11.1%。

消費品製造業利潤較快增長。隨著宏觀政策發力顯效,工業品出口持續增加,11月份消費品製造業利潤較去年同期增長22.0%,拉動全部規上工業利潤增長3.7個百分點。從產業來看,消費品製造業的13個產業中有8個產業獲利年增,其中,受部分企業投資收益到帳等短期因素影響,酒飲料茶業獲利年增292.3%;此外,化纖、文教職員美、紡織服裝等產業利潤均維持較快增長,年比分別增長16.3%、14.7%、8.2%。

整體看,雖然規模以上工業企業利潤仍處下降區間,但隨著政策組合效應持續顯現,工業企業利潤降幅繼續收窄,效益狀況改善。下階段,要深入貫徹中央經濟工作會議精神,繼續抓好各項政策落實落細,不斷增強發展新動能,推動工業經濟持續鞏固回升。
