英皇資本指,儘管面對嚴峻的營商環境,年度總收入仍增加20.5%至5.32億元﹔而主要來自孖展貸款、其他貸款及墊款之減值撥備淨額大幅減少至1.59億元,較2023年度的減值撥備淨額4.04億元大幅減少,令集團2024年度轉虧為盈。

集團根據市況及時調整利率及貸款估值比率,全年貸款分部收入為2.43億元,按年跌24.85%,佔集團總收入的45.7%﹔全年財富管理方案分部收入增加165.6%至2.78億元,佔集團總收入的52.3%﹔全年企業融資分部收入為1080萬元,按年跌18.8%,佔集團總收入的2%。

集團指,已設立債務追討程序。對於任何不足金額及或逾期付款的貸款,將發出催款函及法律函件。倘借款人不作出回應,將委聘外部法律顧問採取法律行動。

同時,集團將聯繫借款人以獲取額外抵押品及或商討結清計劃。在適當情況下,集團就有關貸款可能委聘收債代理。倘未能達成協商,或額外抵押品不足或結清計劃遭受違約,外部法律顧問將向借款人發出最後警告,其後將向借款人送達傳訊令狀,以向法院提起訴訟。集團已就已發生信貸減值之貸款採取債務追討行動。若干有關已發生信貸減值之貸款的法律訴訟仍在進行中。

英皇資本主席楊玳詩指,本年度後,美聯儲降息致使金融、地產、零售等多個行業的氣氛回升,以及交易和消費增加。11 月及 12 月的進一步降息,以及中央政府推出的刺激措施預期將對市場環境及交易量產生正面影響,亦將有助於提升金融及財務服務之需求。地緣政治緊張及利率波動等因素可能影響商業信心及資產市場;因此,集團將繼續採取審慎且務實的方針應對不確定性。本地政府已不斷加強其與海外經濟體及中國內地的經濟聯繫;香港作為國際金融中心及大灣區內的戰略地位,具備吸引全球外資的優勢,集團將實行適當策略,以把握市場機遇。
