日本女星橋本環奈雖然以可愛親民的形象晉升「國民女優」,今(30)天卻遭日本狗仔爆料她工作壓力太大而經常喝個爛醉,還因為壓力太大而欺壓經紀人,已經導致8名經紀人離職,公司老闆見狀還不勸阻,竟跟橋本環奈一起罵經紀人:「超沒用!」

橋本環奈雖然是這幾年曝光率最高的日本女演員之一,但競爭激烈的演藝圈仍讓她壓力頗大。根據《週刊文春》報導,橋本環奈喝酒量遽增之外也常要應酬到深夜,還曾經好幾次在宿醉、酒氣未消的狀態下前往片場工作,不過她並未耽誤工作,已經把劇本背個滾瓜爛熟。

然而這些似乎無法緩解橋本環奈的壓力,因而將遷怒到周遭的工作人員身上,有時候飲料送來的時間點不對,她就會發飆:「為什麼會是現在出現在這邊!」公司老闆見狀也並未勸阻或開導藝人,反而跟著罵:「超沒用!」也因為橋本環奈嚴重的職場霸凌,導致已有8名經紀人辭職。

一位前員工透露,甚至有工作人員因為讓橋本環奈不滿意,才工作一天就被炒魷魚。為了準備好隨時能「頂替」的人力,公司已先招聘好多名經紀人來當「即戰力」。只是這些遭到霸凌而離職的工作人員,卻被公司要求以「私人因素」為由來主動離職,導致這些人難以申請失業補助。

目前橋本環奈的公司以「業務擴張」為由在進行大規模徵才,預計要新增10名經紀人。不過許多求職網站上卻有錢員工對該公司留下負評,包含每天要加班到晚上10點左右、老闆會莫名大吼、進公司後一直沒有被保社會保險等。

不過公司強調,老闆從未強迫員工以「私人因素」來主動離職,而且經紀人離開是正常的人事異動、並非被橋本環奈霸凌。老闆也解釋,新員工並不是都特地分配給橋本環奈,都是隨機配給藝人,且有些員工會開車,負責的僅是接送藝人的簡單業務,這10年大概有10名員工離職,其中有些人根本沒接觸過橋本環奈。

但電視台人員對這些說法則抱持懷疑態度,並爆料一位「工作人員」除了送橋本環奈到片場,還全程參與拍攝過程,工作內容幾乎等同經紀人。電視台人員還稱,這位「員工」午餐時間帶橋本環奈去吃烏龍麵的時候,因為帶錯路而遭橋本環奈飆罵:「不要開玩笑了!」之後就辭職。
