恒生投資薛永輝：未見內地強勁政策出台 港股選股策略應保守 (17:32) – 20240912 – 即時財經新聞

薛永輝稱，最新中國消費者物價指數（CPI）及生產者物價指數（PPI），分別為按年升0.6%及按年跌1.8%，認為中國需透過減息從而刺激經濟，而美國減息將為中國推動貨幣寬鬆政策提供空間，減息亦可舒緩內企盈利較低的情况，抵銷通縮壓力。他亦提到，全球主動型基金過往均減持於中國的投資，但最近見其減持幅度有所放緩。

薛永輝提到，按地區股票市場偏好計，較偏好於美股，其次先後則為日股、內地及香港。他續提到，美國主要經濟動力服務業，其服務業採購經理人指數（PMI）過去都處於50或以上的擴張空間，反映其經濟不錯，形容其「底氣幾強」，另一邊廂CPI主要組成因素的服務業，其勞工成本不斷下跌，令加大未來美國經濟可「軟著陸」的情境可實現的機會性。

薛永輝指出，每位投資者風險胃納不同，難以一概以論，但以中風險的投資者而言，他認為股債比例應一半一半，或者債券比例可較多，減息預期下可將先前現金比例分配到債券身上，另當中部份資金可投資予黃金。

薛永輝提到，於美國經濟「軟著陸」情况預測下，料美國本月中減息25點子，本年減2至3次，每次同為25點子，他認為現時市場預期本月減息50點子機會較微，同時指市場減息預期太多。
