報告:亞洲企業次季風投集資174億美元 10大交易中國企業佔6宗 (13:34) – 20240725 – 即時財經新聞

報告指出,有別於其他地區,電商和消費者業務為主的企業在亞洲仍受到投資者青睞,季内亞洲最大的兩宗交易正包括集資19億美元的新加坡網絡交易平台Lazada及集資10億美元的印度電商平台Flipkart

新能源和半導體領域在2024年第二季繼續吸引中國風險投資,其中電動車製造商哪吒汽車集資6.93億美元,中車時代半導體集資5.99億美元。

人工智能企業在2024年第二季度備受關注,相關風投交易包括零售業務為主的尊遠超市集資5.287億美元,生成式人工智能企業智譜AI集資4億美元,以及人工智能及物聯網平台特斯聯集資2.778億美元。

季内許多中國人工智能投資均集中在人工智能賦能領域,如機械人和其他提升工作效率的範疇,而非大型語言模型(LLM)產品。風險投資者亦對與自動駕駛相關的人工智能展示濃厚興趣。

畢馬威中國香港區交易戰略與併購融資總監趙家欣表示,今年第二季中國風險投資者趨於審慎,並未急於進行重大交易,而是傾向投入更多時間進行盡職調查,部分投資者甚至採取觀望態度,延遲投資決策以評估目標企業的長期表現。為了刺激投資,地方政府為重點戰略產業內的企業提供了大量配對資金,當中包括半導體、替代能源、新材料和人工智能等行業。

展望2024年第三季,預計人工智能和替代能源汽車將繼續吸引風險投資者,雖然預期中國的風投市場仍會較為淡靜,但或能從第二季度的低位回升。隨著許多中國企業準備上市,市場預計2025年新股市場將反彈。
