鄭懷武指,相信中國房地產市場的成交量已於短期內見底,預期 2025 年的交易量將錄得自2022 年以來,即長達四年來的首次增長,並相信中央政府拯救樓市的堅定立場,因其是中國整體經濟的重要支柱及創造就業機會行業,政策將更快落地及預期更多的政策支持。

該行偏好國企內房華潤置地(1109)及中海外(0688),以及優質非國企內房龍湖(0960),因為相信它們將成 為中國房地產市場快速整合的主要受益者。投資者亦可考慮高beta的萬科(2202)及綠城(3900),但仍對正在進行債務重組的受困發展商持審慎態度。在物業管理方面,該行看好華潤萬象(1209)、中海物業(2669)、保利物業(6049)、綠城服務(2869)及永升(1995)
