金融壹賬通:本月起逐步終止經營雲服務 (20:08) – 20240711 – 即時財經新聞

公告指,繼今年5月披露部分客戶有意終止使用雲服務後,有更多關連客戶自2024年7月起終止使用本集團的雲服務。

金融壹賬通自2020年起通過其加馬金融雲平台向金融機構提供雲服務,截至2022年及2023年12月31日止年度各年,雲服務收入分別為13.16億元(人民幣,下同)及12.46億元,佔集團於該等年度的總收入約29.5%及34%,其中13.1億元及12.4億元或約99.6%及99.5%,均來自中國平安保險(集團) 股份的附屬公司和聯營公司。

截至今年3月底止的三個月,雲服務收入為3.18億元,佔集團同期持續性業務總收入約44%,其中3.16億元或約99.4%,來自中國平安保險(集團)股份的附屬公司和聯營公司。

金融壹賬通續表示,經考慮雲服務的業務模式屬用量密集;關連客戶終止採購導致雲服務的規 模經濟下跌且不可持續的營運成本水平,從而阻礙公司持續降本增效的力度;及集團對打造高價值、高門檻產品並深耕境外市場方面持續進行的戰略資源分配,預期能推動來自優質+客戶收入增長,尤其是第三方收入的增長,董事會於2024年7月11日決定,為符合本公司及其股東整體利益,將於2024年7月起逐步終止經營雲服務並將與客戶商討過渡安排。

董事會預期因終止經營,2024下半年及截至2024年12月31日止年度全年來自雲服務業務的收入將會大幅下降。公司將根據適用法律法規適時就對本公司業務和經營業績構成的任何財務影響的具體細節進行披露。
