Hirafu Grand Centro所在位置，可容易前往Niseko United Ski Resort的四大滑雪場。預計年增長率為5%至10%的全球養生保健市場規模，將於2024年增至達1.8 兆美元。Hirafu Grand Centro 希望能支持和提升日本滑雪後的休閒活動，迎合國內外追求這類體驗的旅遊市場。

該集團指，北海道直達倶知安的新幹線預計2034 年左右開通，Hirafu Grand Centro 將成為該地的首選旅遊目的地。項目將加強二世古的吸引力，為當地提供更多樣化的零售、餐飲和娛樂選擇，打造品味生活樞紐，鞏固二世古作為世界級旅遊目的地的地位。 

金源國際發展集團執行主席林烱熾表示：「Hirafu Grand Centro是二世古未來的大膽願景。我們不只要打造一個零售和娛樂新地標，還希望創造能滿足現今旅客不斷求變的旅遊需求。透過把注重健康的理念融入我們的零售和娛樂項目中，我們正為快速擴張的健康市場，打造一個獨一無二的目的地。」。

為促進當地的藝術和文化在日本國內外的發展，集團在今年11月27日成立了二世古藝術文化協會，為來自北海道、倶知安和二世古的藝術家和文化鑑賞家提供展覽他們作品的平台。
