人稱「杜Sir」杜琪峯日前(4月22日)69歲生日,杜Sir愛將鄭秀文(Sammi)在昨晚(4月23日)於個人社交平台上載杜Sir生日飯局的合照。

她寫道,「認識杜sir,踏入第廿四年。一切由『孤男寡女』開始。廿四年,仍是感恩感激並感謝遇上。昨天(22日)是他生日之『聚』。生日快樂,杜sir。」

從照片所見,還有古天樂、鍾楚紅、著名美術指導張叔平、電影監製朱淑儀(Elaine)及杜太黃寶玲(Paulina)。而鄭秀文從後攬住壽公,杜Sir笑容十分燦爛。

鄭秀文憶24年前因拍《孤男寡女》與杜Sir結緣,並甚具心思地分別用一句話形容各出席者,寫道:

認識杜sir ,踏入第廿四年。
一切由「孤男寡女」開始。
廿四年,仍是感恩感激並感謝遇上。

電影《孤男寡女》

樂仔一日只食一餐

當中,鄭秀文提到古天樂「一天食一餐」,其實約3年前,古天樂在訪問中透露自己在10多年前已開始「斷食」,每日只約在黃昏6時食一餐,日間肚餓時便飲水,表示身體有肌餓感覺反而有助調節體內機能,不過古仔也忠告有胃病人士便不要這樣做,並且事前要先詢問醫生意見。

在早前,古仔任YouTuber混血肥仔頻道BBO的嘉賓,當中他再分享「斷食法」養生指:「我哋應該學識每一日去餓。」

古仔在節目指,分享「斷食」後曾被批評,稱:「依家現代飲食係非常之唔健康,做訪問時話我係斷食,好多人留言話斷食餓壞個胃,你教壞人啊、教人斷食。」

他續指:「要習慣肚餓,你餓係儲存咗脂肪、糖分,全部嘅嘢,身體會幫你重組一次。你不停食,佢就不停覺得有,有就唔洗補充,吸收多咗就成為脂肪。我哋應該學識每一日去餓,而唔係學識每一日去飽。」


古仔表示要習慣肚餓。

古天樂指,人在年輕時糖分消化得快,但年紀大時就可能會有糖尿病,他稱:「餓起碼4至6個鐘頭以上,先有用,呢一個就係斷食嘅一個理論。」

混血肥仔稱自己是不吃東西就會發脾氣,古天樂就建議他可嘗試去做斷食,並指:「依家你仲年青,你以後年紀再大,你就會去用錢買健康,你以後再發脾氣嗰陣,係可能醫生叫你唔食得、唔好食,你可以食,你食緊藥。」

不過有營養師建議斷食法並非每個人生活作息或身體狀況能夠負擔,長時間斷食反容易因肌肉的消耗比燃燒的脂肪更多,而造成「泡芙人」體質。而且長時間不進食,膽汁變濃恐形成膽砂、膽石,,所以必需要先問專業人士意見才「斷食」。
