鄭州市據報有118個地產項目列入「白名單」 107個已授信 (13:12) – 20240513 – 即時財經新聞

報道指,自今年4月中旬以來,鄭州市各區密集舉行銀企簽約「白名單」項目儀式。從媒體公開披露情況來看,鄭東新區10家項目企業與主貸銀行簽約,金水區有16個項目,二七區涉及5個,高新區涉及7個專案,惠濟區涉及4個專案,中牟涉及13個專案,新鄭涉及10家房地產項目等。

鄭州市金融工作局相關負責人介紹,為了暢通駐鄭銀行與房地產項目的對接通道,引導駐鄭銀行加大對「白名單」專案的融資支持,鄭州市專門成立了由金融監管總局河南監管局、鄭州市金融工作局以及21家駐鄭銀行省級分行組成的金融服務組。目前,對於已納入「白名單」的專案開展日統計、日督導,引導銀行加大授信、投放力度。

截至5月9日,鄭州市有118個項目分兩批進入白名單,已授信項目107個。其中,第一批已納入「白名單」58個,佔比全省24%,已授信專案54個;第二批次納入「白名單」的專案60個,佔比全省31%,已授信專案53個。

鄭州市金融工作局相關負責人表示,對已列入「白名單」範圍並給予授信、發放貸款的項目,加強統籌協調,多方協同發力,儘快早見成效;對已過審未授信、已授信未放款的白名單專案,持續跟進,爭取更多授信額度,確保放款更快到位。

作為鄭州本土法人銀行,鄭州銀行相關負責人介紹,該行嚴格按照「5+5」條件摸排專案情況,明確「白名單」項目的綠色審批通道,一視同仁滿足不同所有制房地產企業合理融資需求,確保「應貸盡貸」。同時,該行出臺盡職免責制度,明確房地產融資協調機制授信業務盡職免責政策及要求。

截至5月9日,鄭州銀行已對13個項目完成授信,授信總金額27.28億元,已對8個項目完成放款,放款總金額18.23億元。
