調查發現亞太區84%機構採用靈活工作安排 (15:24) – 20240823 – 即時財經新聞

87%的亞太區受訪領導層表示,生產力是決定採用哪一種工作模式的最大考慮因素,是全球比例最高地區,北美及西歐地區的比例分別為86%及81%。調查顯示,員工在混合工作模式下工作能發揮最大生產力,亞太區83%受訪員工認同他們在混合或遙距工作模式下,比在辦公室內能完成更多工作。

混合模式可能是領導層和員工的首選工作模式,但很多亞太區企業仍然在嘗試不同的混合工作政策,其中,排更混合模式佔27%,以及彈性時間混合模式佔19%,兩者是亞太區內最常見工作模式,亦有13%的企業根據崗位、地點和成效而採用其他類型的混合工作模式。97%受訪亞太區領導層指出,他們的辦公環境在過去兩年變得更靈活。但調查發現亞太區內每十位領導人員當中,有6位表示混合工作模式令員工參與度下降。

Zoom亞太區負責人Ricky Kapur表示,靈活辦公模式在亞太區已日漸普遍,亦愈來愈多樣化,由彈性時間、地點、崗位,以至輪替方式。領導層既要找出最合適的混合工作模式,亦要滿足跨世代勞動力不斷改變的需求,以及人工智能等科技浪潮。

該調查的另一發現是企業需要優化現有科技工具,大多數受訪員工,佔比達81%認同他們的公司需要優化目前用於遙距工作的工具和科技,是全球比例最高地區,北美及西歐地區的比例分別為79%及65%。

調查顯示,亞太區企業是最普遍使用會議紀錄和摘要的地區,佔比53%,北美及西歐地區的比例分別是40%和38%。此外,亞太區企業使用聊天機械人的比例亦是最高,佔59%,北美及西歐地區的比例分別是52%和58%。

調查發現,85%亞太區受訪領導層認為生成式人工智能能提高他們的工作效率,而69%亞太區受訪員工非常同意或部分同意生成式人工智能能令他的工作變得更輕鬆。不過,亞太區員工在使用生成式人工智能時仍然面對明顯困難,70%認為學習門檻太高,63%表示不習慣使用,以及55%擔心人工智能對他們的工作或崗位帶來負面影響。

該研究與人才管理公司ReworkedINSIGHTS 合作調查,訪問了全球600多位資訊科技及高級管理層人員,以及1900位專業人士,當中604位來自亞太區,了解他們對不同工作模式的觀點、各種工作模式的生產力水平、生成式人工智能對工作的影響,以及其他與未來工作模式相關的議題。
