螞蟻控股逾28億元收購耀才50%股權擬提全購及保留上市地位 (19:32) – 20250425 – 即時財經新聞

螞蟻控股表示，擬維持耀才的上市地位，要完成交易的條件之一，是要求上市地位未有被撒回。螞蟻已經就今次收購葉茂林手上耀才股份，支付一成按金即2.81億元。完成今次股權買賣後，葉茂林不再於耀才持股。螞蟻表示，對中、港經濟長遠發展充滿信心，並深信透過科技與財富管理的結合可帶來巨大的市場機遇。藉助其產品及技術創新能力，耀才有望將其服務擴展至年齡層分佈更廣泛的客戶，並提升現有客戶的體驗，從而推動業務進一步增長，同時加速數字化轉型。

在新主接手後，由於耀希望加速未來增長，與螞蟻控股的合作會為其提供重新調整其資金分配策略的機會，在提供短期股東回報與最大化長期股東價值之間取得平衡。更多的資金將重新投入業務，以加強其技術基礎設施及提高風險控制效率，為客戶創建一個更安全、更好、更快的平台。螞蟻控股打算調整與過往財政年度相比擬宣派的末期股息金額。

耀才的股份將於下周一4月28日復牌買賣。
