另外,郁亮更將降級獲聘為執行副總裁,而同時三家與深圳市政府聯屬企業,深圳市特司建工集團副總經理李鋒、深鐵集團黨委副書記華翠和深鐵商業管理董事長李剛獲聘任為公司執行副總裁。另外田鈞獲聘任為公司董事會秘書。上述人士的任期均自2025年1月27日起至第二十屆董事會任期結束為止。

集團指今次選舉主席及聘任執行副總裁和董事會秘書的原因是2024年度萬科業績預告虧損額較大,集團流動性遇到階段性困難。為有效化解風險,切實保護購房人、債權人、投資人的利益,董事會決定,充實集團經營管理力量,利用大股東深鐵集團在內的各方資源優勢,進一步聚焦主業,加快融資模式轉型,更好推動集團穩健經營和可持續發展,全力以赴為股東、為社會創造價值。
