集團派息按年大增,主要因2023年集團是按核心淨利潤的55%對股東進行利潤分配,自2024年中期起改為按核心淨利潤的100%為派付股息總額,其中55%為中期股息分紅,45%為特別股息分紅。

集團去年總收入為362.24億元,按年增9.2%﹔其中,社區空間居住消費服務板塊收入209.08億元,按年增11.6%;商企和城市空間綜合服務板塊收入122.96億元,按年增5.4%;AIoT及BPaaS解決方案服務板塊收入30.21億元,按年增8.6%。整體毛利率為13%,按年跌1.5個百分點。

集團去年維持淨現金狀態。集團去年的非經常性事項淨損失按年增加8.1億元。其中,因開發商等原因計提信用減值損失的金額較去年增加3.37億元,股權交易收益的金額較去年減少2.58億元,稅收優惠政策到期未延續導致政府補助收益的金額較去年減少9380萬元。

萬物雲去年行政開支費用率佔收入按年降0.9個百分點。全年經營活動所得現金流量淨額為19.19億元,貿易應收款項及應收保證金為65.42億元,按年跌3.5%,較2024年6月30日下降30.7%。
