與中共互動審查臉書貼文 扎克伯格被要求上國會聽證 | Facebook | Meta | 共產黨

【新唐人北京時間2025年04月14日訊】臉書遭爆開發工具審查台港用戶的熱門內容並與中共互動關係後,聯邦參議員霍利(Josh Hawley)日前致函臉書母公司Meta執行長扎克伯格,請他赴國會就所有指控宣誓作證,「美國人民有權了解貴公司的真相」。

臉書(Facebook)前全球政策總監溫恩-威廉斯(Sarah Wynn-Williams)9日出席參議院作證,Meta高層著眼中國市場豐厚的利潤而與共產黨合作,甚至親自設計及實施臉書審查工具。

溫恩-威廉斯說,一款稱作病毒式計數器的城市使用,只要台港貼文瀏覽次數破萬,審查工具就會自動將貼文提交「總編輯」檢視,這項工具不只曾在港台啟用,也經中共官員測試,並給予「這部分需要修改」、「我們需要加入這項功能」等建議。

她說,由於透過病毒式計數器的執行,中共官員有可能取得美國用戶的數據。因此,當Meta工程師表達對事件的資料安全表示擔憂之際,包括扎克伯格 (Mark Zuckerberg) 在內的Meta領導高層卻都無動於衷。

中央社報導,參議院犯罪與反恐小組委員會(Subcommittee on Crime and Counterterrorism)主席、共和黨籍聯邦參議員霍利11日致函扎克伯格,請他赴國會宣誓作證。

霍利於信中寫道,「大眾有權聽到你對這些嚴重指控的回應」,特別是因為指控已涉及美國國家安全。

霍利在信中寫道,美國人民有權了解臉書的真相。溫恩-威廉斯的證詞充斥爆炸性的指控,包括臉書不惜危害美國國家利益,背叛美國用戶和中國異議人士,並向國會撒謊。

霍利說,溫恩-威廉斯9日作證稱,臉書向中國共產黨官員介紹AI科技,使他們能夠有效地與美國利益競爭,而Meta自家AI科技已被中國用於軍事用途。

霍利表示,溫恩-威廉斯作證時說,臉書願意將中國和香港用戶的資料交給中共。更糟的是,她說,臉書計劃在中國設置網路連接點(PoP)伺服器,而臉書同時也了解,這麼做將使中共能夠取得可能存放在這些伺服器上的美國用戶資料。

霍利表示,臉書數年前直接對國會撒謊,否認限制異議人士、中國富商郭文貴的臉書帳戶。

霍利說,臉書一位高層曾於宣誓吐實後對國會聲稱,臉書這樣做是按照正常政策進行。但9日聽證會上公布、經舉報人證實的書面證據可見,臉書是在中(共)國的壓力下限制郭文貴的臉書帳戶。

溫恩-威廉斯3月11日出版著作「漫不經心的人:權力、貪婪與失落的理想主義警示故事」(Careless People: A Cautionary Tale of Power, Greed, and Lost Idealism,暫譯),回顧她2011年至2017年間在臉書工作的經歷。

溫恩-威廉斯作證時說,只要她在公開場合提到「臉書」,Meta就會向她索賠5萬美元,就算這些言論屬實。Meta 則表示,這個數字是她在離開公司時簽署的離職協議中談定的。
