集團自今年9月5日披露委任中匯安達為新核數師後,據季度更新公告提到,核數師正在審核截至2023年12月31日止年度的業績。由於延遲刊發2023年度業績及寄發2023年度報告,2024年中期業績的刊發及2024年中期報告的寄發亦予延遲。

公司董事會及管理層將繼續與核數師密切合作,在實際可行情況下盡快刊發2023年度業績及年度報告、2024年中期業績及中期報告。公司將適時發佈進一步公告,以通知其股東及潛在投資者上述財務資料的刊發進度。

境外債務重組方面,碧桂園指清盤呈請聆訊延期後,在過去數月,專案小組、協調委員會及其各顧問與公司及其顧問緊密合作,磋商整體方案的經濟條款。公司及其顧問已考慮從專案小組及協調委員會收到的意見、當前的市場狀況以及集團的最新業務表現,並已向專案小組、協調委員會及其顧問提交整體方案經濟條款的經修訂建議。

目前,公司仍在與上述主要債權人團體就整體方案的經濟條款進行進一步商議。

業務方面,2024年1月至11月,集團權益的合同銷售金額約437.5億元人民幣。集團將持續專注於物業項目的竣工交付及銷售業績的提升,通過提高運營效率、加強現金流管理、致力優化資產負債結構,保證集團的業務穩定及可持續運營。

碧桂園自今年4月2日起停牌,並將繼續停牌,直至另行通知。
