畢馬威:香港第三季新股集資排名躍升至全球第四 (12:33) – 20241003 – 即時財經新聞

截至今年第三季,全球新股市場共錄得851宗交易,集資833億美元,與去年同期相比,上市宗數減少15% ,集資額下降21%。美國的兩間證券交易所在集資額方面繼續領先全球,佔全球新股集資總額的三分之一。印度國家證券交易所排名第三,而港交所(0388)及上海證券交易所則分別排名第四和第五。

畢馬威中國資本市場及執業技術主管合夥人劉國賢表示,美國聯儲局最近的減息有望提高股票估值,改善市場情緒,從而利好全球IPO市場,惟宏觀經濟前景未明,有意上市的公司應保持審慎。儘管當前市況好壞參半,但隨著市場信心回暖,預計減息將推動更多企業掛牌上市。

香港IPO活動在今年第三季度出現復甦跡象,年初至今錄得45宗上市項目,合共集資556億元,集資額和宗數均較2023年同期分別增長123%和2%。消費行業在集資額方面佔據領先位置,由一家大型中國家電製造商的上市項目所推動,集資額達357億元,佔香港年初至今集資額的64%。

在實施特專科技公司制度(《上市規則》第18C章)一年多後,另一家公司於期内通過此途徑申請上市。為應對市場挑戰,港交所暫時放寬特專科技公司上市門檻,以保持香港作為資本市場樞紐的競爭力。

畢馬威中國新經濟市場及生命科學行業香港主管合夥人朱雅儀表示,香港近期錄得3年來最大規模的IPO項目,反映投資者正恢復對香港IPO市場的信心和興趣。上市機構的靈活性,以及最近減息和中央刺激措施等利好因素,進一步推動香港IPO市場復甦。展望未來,這些積極因素預計將持續推動IPO活動,鞏固香港作為高增長企業樞紐的地位。

A股市場方面,新股活動整體下跌,共錄得85宗上市項目,集資868億元人民幣,集資額及宗數分別較2023年同期減少74%及68%。科技、媒體和電信(TMT)以及工業市場,行業依然是主流,佔正在申請上市項目總數的64%。
