有傳王賢誌破產的消息傳開後，王賢誌於社交帳戶撰文回應，形容破產是一個經過深思熟慮的艱難決定，由於事件已經進入法律程序，因此他不便透露更多。王賢誌更形容今次破產事件猶如人生中的嚴寒日子，他將會繼續堅強面對。

曾投資數百萬拍綜藝現入稟申請破產

藝人王賢誌被指上周親自入稟高等法院呈請破產，資料顯示，有財務公司向王賢誌追討欠款293萬餘元。王賢誌近年投近數百萬製作同志配對真人騷《Boyscation Too》，節目早前於ViuTV播出。更原定預計12月中舉辦《We Are Boyscation Fan Meeting 2024》的「仔仔見面會」，惟主辦單位突然宣布因多重因素取消。

王賢誌當時現身活動時回應取消非不是受政治因素影響，原因在於當日與幾個活動撞正，當中亦包括ViuTV主辦的大型演唱會，在收取粉絲意見過後決定延期。當時表示見面會打算延至明年再度期舉行，但如此的改動令王賢誌損失約6位數字，但未知與其入稟破產有否直接關係。

同時王賢誌在11月出席《Boycation Too》記者會時，曾經就他辭任家族生意王氏港建董事一職解釋，因為家族公司是上市公司，而自己身兼多職關係因此不適合，在得到父親的允許之下辭任，不過就強調隨時都可以重回職位。
