隨著樓市氣氛高漲,農曆新年後料掀新一輪推盤潮。會德豐地產與港鐵(066)合作的黃竹坑港島南岸第6期「DEEP WATER SOUTH」加快推盤步伐,昨日上載第6B期售樓說明書,提供154伙,全數為三房及四房大單位,實用面積837至1,696方呎,部署農曆新年後招標發售。

會德豐地產副主席兼常務董事黃光耀表示,「DEEP WATER SOUTH」迄今錄逾4,000查詢,現上載6B期GRANDE BLANC樓書,當中148伙標準單位,涵蓋90伙三房及58伙四房,另設5伙平台特色戶及1伙天際特色戶。該期數坐落整個港島南岸的大單邊位置,所有單位可享深水灣及壽臣山景致。

黃光耀透露,項目部署農曆新年後開放示範單位予準買家參觀,並採取招標發售,首批最少涉及31伙。另外,項目夥拍Kitchen Infinity,為住戶帶來歐洲殿堂級品牌Molteni&C推出專屬家具禮遇,住戶入伙後一年內購買指定家具系列可享正價七折優惠。
