新世界首季內地住宅銷售金額逾21億人民幣 增52% (14:31) – 20250429 – 即時財經新聞

 

新世界發展指,積極推動地產本業發展,加快香港與內地的物業推售,銷售均取得佳績。集團亦充分把握樓市回暖時機,在多項利好樓市政策公布後,迅速加大各樓盤銷售力度,推動今年首季業績顯著提升。今年首季住宅合約銷售逾21億元人民幣,按年上升逾52%,表現優於整體市場,反映集團高品質發展策略取得顯著成效。

 

以位於廣州白鵝潭CBD的新世界.天馥為例,截至今年3月,項目4房單位銷售樓面及單位數量均位列荔灣區第一。該項目於今年3月份加推多款戶型單位,其中約1,377平方呎江景單位及約1,054平方呎園景四房單位均全數售罄。

 

至於瀋陽悅景新世界今年3月至今實現合約銷售額約3.04億元人民幣,銷情位列和平區私人住宅市場第一,在整個瀋陽市則排名第二。集團今年4月乘勢以現樓加推面積約1,722至2,045平方呎單位,深受本地買家歡迎;鞍山新世界.鉑鑄|悅璽於今年第1季榮膺鞍山別墅銷售冠軍,項目現時推售面積約1,830至2,045平方呎低密度別墅。

 

內地投資物業方面,K11在中國內地的首個旗艦項目K11 ECOAST正按計劃有序投入營運,當中文化零售部分已在本月28日起分階段試業營運,首階段聚焦文化及娛樂體驗,包括以文化、運動、親子遊樂為主題的各類型品牌。

 

本港方面,集團夥拍帝國集團、資本策略、麗新發展及港鐵共同發展的港島南岸第5A期超級豪宅項目,已命名為「DEEP WATER PAVILIA 滶晨」,最快於今年第2季推出市場。項目將提供447個住宅單位,戶型多元化,標準單位涵蓋2房至4房,另設有精選特色戶,適合有意進駐港島南區享受奢華閒逸富豪生活的人士。

 

另外,「THE PAVILIA FOREST柏蔚森」及「STATE PAVILIA皇都」的銷售理想,合共套現逾75億元。集團夥拍遠東發展位於啟德跑道住宅區最前席,三面環海全新地標豪宅「THE PAVILIA FOREST柏蔚森」,截至今年4月23日為止累售555伙,套現約40億元。

 

至於港島綜合地標豪宅「STATE PAVILIA皇都」再錄大額成交,最新標售出GLAMOUR COLLECTION璀璨‧邸三房一套連儲物室高層單位,實用面積834平方呎,廳房同享維港海景,售價逾2,960萬元,呎價約3.55萬元。截至今年4月23日,全盤累售311伙,平均呎價約2.25萬元,佔可銷售單位逾92%,當中不乏名人及大手買家,銷情非常理想。以價單形式售出單位中,逾75%買家選用即供付款,套現逾35億元,成為「首季新盤吸金皇」,冠絕全港首季新盤 。
