按證公司總裁李令翔年底退休 鮑克運將接任 (18:43) – 20240711 – 即時財經新聞

李令翔年底同時自金管局高級助理總裁一職離任,他於2013年由金管局調至按證公司擔任總裁,為按證公司成立以來最長任期的總裁。金管局總裁余偉文表示,李令翔在金管局服務超過30年,擔任過許多不同的職務。擔任按證公司總裁以來,一直致力全方位提升按揭證券公司的服務,特別是市民的退休保障。在他的領導下,按揭證券公司亦全力支持特區政府落實各項貸款擔保計劃,在疫情期間幫助許多中小企和市民渡過難關。

按證公司總裁過去由金管局高層調任,鮑克運於1994年加入金管局為助理經理,曾在金管局不同部門工作,覆蓋銀行監理、政策和發展事宜、貨幣市場和支付系統等範疇,他曾於2015年11月至2018年10月,曾被借調至按揭證券公司出任高級副總裁(業務運作)及其子公司香港按證保險有限公司總裁。金管局將安排公開招聘助理總裁(金融基建)一職,並會在招聘程序完成後另作公布。

財政司司長陳茂波表示,董事局衷心感謝李令翔過去 11 年為按揭證券公司盡心竭力,作出寶貴貢獻,尤其在任期間成功推出多項惠及社會和工商界的新措施,並期待鮑克運上任後,繼續帶領按揭證券公司穩健發展,以服務好香港社會和工商各界。
