惠譽:港銀今年續有地產撥備 但料少於去年 (17:12) – 20240704 – 即時財經新聞

惠譽亞太地區銀行評級主管Jonathan Cornish表示,雖然本港銀行在地產相關貸款風險面臨挑戰,不過去年本港銀行為內地商業房地產貸款作出了大量撥備,今年情况雖然不會明顯好轉,但同時不會明顯惡化,預期今年相關貸款仍會產生信用成本(即貸款損失相對貸款總量),但會較去年溫和減少。他預期香港銀行總體評級基本穩定,但地產風險敞口相對高的銀行,例如恒生銀行(0011)和上海商業銀行則有可能惡化。

內地銀行方面,4月時將六間國有銀行和政策性銀行的評級展望為負面,惠譽亞太區金融機構評級董事薛慧如指,評級展望下調主要反映政府對銀行提供潛在額外支持的能力下降。惠譽給予營運環境穩定評級,她指雖然經濟增長放緩,但不預期政府會進行大模規信貸刺激措施,以及扭轉進行中監管改革。

惠譽預期,內地銀行行業前景惡化,薛慧如預期內銀收入和資產質量仍會受壓,該行預期今明內地經濟受房地產走弱,溫和增長4.8%和4.5%,銀行維持貸款增長、息差和資產質素會有壓力,貸款需求亦因購房需求和就業環境疲弱有影響,淨息差因減息、貸款利率重新訂價,以及支持小微企、房企、按揭等續有壓力。資產質素方面,她預期內銀貸款減值率續會溫和上升但不太快,主要是因為銀行已控制高風險貸款,目前相關敞口可控。
