投資銀行費用方面,報告指,今年首三季,中國的投資銀行費用估算約為91億美元,按年下降25%。股票承銷費用佔中國投資銀行費用總額的11%,總計約為9.8億美元,按年下降73%。債券承銷費用達到73億美元,按年增長1%。已完成的併購交易中,顧問費用總計3.7億美元,按年下降32%。銀團貸款費用達到4,702億美元,比去年同期下降33%。中信證券(6030)目前在中國投資銀行費用排行榜中領先,今年首三季相關費用為7.4億美元,佔市場份額的8.1%。

併購方面,今年首三季,涉及中資企業參與的併購活動降至十多年來的最低水平,總額為1,885億美元,比去年同期下降14.1%。已公布交易數量同比下降19.5%,這是自2013年同期最低值以來的又一低值。目標為中國的併購總額為1,632億美元,比去年同期下降17.1%。境內併購活動比去年同期下降14.9%,達到1,385億美元。入境併購達到248億美元,比2023年同期下降27.7%。出境併購總額為139億美元,比去年同期下降8.1%,是自2022年同期最低值以來的又一低值。

從行業角度看,工業佔中國相關交易活動的20.4%市場份額,總額為399億美元,比去年同期下降20.4%。消費品和服務業佔14.3%的市場份額,總額為270億美元,比去年同期增長134.9%。高科技行業以14%的市場份額排名第三,總額為263億美元,按年下降12.0%。中金公司(3908)目前在中國參與的併購交易排行榜中領先,相關交易總額為206億美元,佔市場份額的10.9%。

股票資本市場方面,中國股票資本市場2024年首三季共籌集了415億美元,按年下降62.5% , 這是自2008年最低前三季度總額以來的又一低值,發行數量同比下降58.2%。中國發行人的傳統IPO降至十多年的最低點,籌集了84億美元,比去年同期下降80.7%,IPO數量同比下降63.1%。中國公司通過增發籌集了87億美元,比去年下降76.5%。可轉債發行籌集了120億美元,比去年同期增長25.1%。來自高科技行業的中國發行人佔據了股票市場份額的26.9%,籌集了112億美元,比去年同期下降59.6%。工業行業發行額比去年下降59.2%,總計106億美元,佔25.6%的市場份額。金融行業以13.3%的市場份額排名前三,同比下降73.9%。中信證券在2024年前三季度以50億美元發行額和12.1%市場份額領先中國股票承銷商排行榜。

相比之下,債券資本市場的表現則顯得較為強勁。今年首三季,中國發行人的一級債券發行創下歷史新高,籌集了2.6萬億美元,同比增長4.9%。政府和機構佔據了市場份額的47.0%,籌集了1.2萬億美元,比去年前三季度下降5.0%。來自金融業的中國公司佔據了31.7%的市場份額,籌集了8,203億美元,比去年增長12.7%。工業佔據了9.8%的市場份額,籌集了2,537億美元,比去年同期增長16.9%。中信(CITIC)前三季度以1,987億美元募集額領先中國債券承銷商排行榜,佔7.7%的市場份額。
