集團全年每股盈利為1.191元,按年減20%﹔派末期息每股0.36元,按年跌一成,計及中期息每股0.15元,全年派息0.51元,按年跌15%,派息比率為43%,較2023年40%提升3個百分點。

集團去年綜合營業額下降15%至211.76億元,主要由於2024年經濟狀況不明朗以及金價創歷史新高,對內地、香港及澳門市場的珠寶需求造成重大壓力。

按市場計,內地分部收益及業績分別按年跌15%及27%,分別為135.08億元及6.38億元﹔香港及澳門分部收益及業績分別按年跌16%及28%,分別為68.57億元及4.3億元﹔台灣分部收益及業績分別按年增18%及78%,分別為3.32億元及5093.8萬元。去年內地整體同店銷售跌15%,港澳跌18%。

集團截至去年底的分店共958間,當中939間為珠寶零售店,鐘錶零售店為19間。內地擁有842間分店,淨減少69間﹔香港分店54間,維持不變﹔澳門分店維持8間,台灣維持分店35間。

集團指,繼續進行分店網絡的整合工作,開設了48家分店,並關閉了122家分店,主要位於內地。
