【獨媒報導】英國樂隊Coldplay兩周前在啟德體育園主場館的演出,不過不少歌迷購票後才知座位視線受阻,部份座位更為「負角度」,消委會截至昨日共接獲238宗相關投訴。有早前購票Coldplay演唱會的觀眾在電台節目投訴,指購票及取票時均沒有列明「視線受阻」,入場後才發現位置對住舞台側銀幕及後台,九成時間只望到Coldplay的背脊。立法會議員江玉歡認為啟德體育園主場館應提供更詳細的座位表,列出位置有何障礙物。

觀眾:根本唔應該劃出嚟

觀眾周小姐今早在港台節目《千禧年代》表示,經Klook購買酒店連兩張門票Coldplay門票的套票,當中列明門票價格為最貴的2,099元,只提及座位於舞台兩側,並無表明會視線受阻。她稱取票後亦無相關提示,是當日到現場後才發現座位屬「山頂位」,正對着銀幕及支柱:「去到我哋坐低,係『吓』咗一聲,就係睇到銀幕同埋睇到佢個後台囉,佢個後台好清楚睇到啦。」她強調九成時間只望到Coldplay的背脊與銀幕,「佢間唔中擰過嚟先見到佢個樣」。

她憶述附近的觀眾亦感到氣憤:「隔離兩個坐喺比較中間位置嘅人,一坐低第一個反應都係『吓!咁咪睇唔到』。」她強調「個啲位根本唔應該劃出嚟俾觀眾睇」。

稱外地演唱會劃分更仔細

周小姐指今次為第四次睇Coldplay演唱會,首三次均在外地,她表示外地門票雖不指明具體座位,但會將場館分做更仔細的區域:「佢嗰啲section唔會咁大囉,佢可能話sectionAA咁,佢就係好細細格,係台嘅左邊、台嘅右邊、台嘅前面,起碼呢樣嘢佢會講得好清楚⋯⋯今次啟德$2,099嗰個,就完全無好清晰咁同我講係邊個area。」

周小姐稱當時情況混亂,沒有即時向工作人員反映情況,「你無理由去同一啲check你袋嘅工作人員講,其實都無用。」她事後有向Klook投訴,惟對方指售票時已標明為舞台兩旁位置:「但你無講過視線受阻呀嘛,佢係舞台隔離,但佢視線受阻呀嘛。」她亦有向售票網站Cityline反映,但回覆者為聊天機械人,無提供有效資訊,她打算向消委會投訴。

斥「成個experience真係好差」

被問到對日後演唱會安排有甚麼建議時,周小姐表示「最基本嗰個唔應該話係位先啦」。她又指事後檢視座位表,認為資訊不清晰,「佢話側邊,究竟側幾多先係視線受阻呢?完全無寫到!」她認為主辦方有責任列明清楚位置,並應再細分座位範圍,以及售票網應要主動跟進投訴:「唔應該之後發生咗呢件事,又唔跟進,又唔負責囉,其實成個experience真係好差。」

江玉歡:觀眾如購票時不知視線受阻 投訴成立機會高

選委界立法會議員江玉歡在同一節目稱,自己在二手網站購入Coldplay演唱會990元的門票,形容位置接近「山頂」,被「delay tower」遮擋視線,「都好視線受阻」。她稱沒打算追究:「算啦,坐到咁山頂睇住電視,我都已經好開心,都冇乜怨言,整體氣氛相當好,知自己坐山頂都唔好要求太多啦。」

江玉歡表示爭議重點在於觀眾購票時是否知悉座位屬視線受阻,如購票時沒有提示,但取票或入場後才發現視線受阻就不理想、有商榷空間:「理論上消費者應該有足夠資料睇到自己買嘅位係視線受阻,如果佢都選擇買,咁無得賴人啦。」她指如消費者購票時不知座位視線受阻,到取票後才得知,可向消委會投訴,並認為投訴成立的機會「相對係要高嘅。」

倡參考外國設詳細座位表

江玉歡又認為啟德體育園主場館應提供一個更詳細的座位表,將區域劃得更仔細,並列出有甚麼障礙物。她指「喺世界嘅其他場館我都見過」,又指外國有「互動座位表」,「你會睇到自己坐喺邊,同埋亦都會睇到如果有障礙物嘅時候,嗰啲障礙物喺邊一度。」她表示今次演唱會的價錢種類不多,認為日後可按視線受阻的程度,調整價錢供消費者選擇。
