【Now新聞台】中山石岐乳鴿鮮嫩多汁，是馳名的地道美食。這間餐廳午市時份，門口水洩不通，深中通道開通後，吸引大批深圳及香港旅客來品嘗。 港人鄧小姐：「一進到餐廳見到，為甚麼這麼擁擠熱鬧、這麼多人？我猜取票後，都要等多45分鐘。我看了照片，好像真的很『正』。」負責人指，近日生意額增加至少兩成，增加的客源主要來自珠江口的東岸，形容深中通道是一條「黃金大道」。餐廳負責人張偉雄：「香港人已經佔領了深圳，深圳人已經佔領了中山。以前周一至五會冷清點，但現在每天都像節假日，每天都要排隊。由於我們餐廳的承接能力，一直以來都希望『做穩不做多』，人流是多了很多，(每天)賣一千隻乳鴿，都增加至兩千隻，客人到訪率都增加兩、三成。」「醫完肚」，部分人會選擇留宿繼續行程。這裡是中山市第一間民宿，以鄉村環境作為賣點，負責人指，現在要預早一個月預訂。民宿負責人譚健：「高速公路一下來、下來100米就到我們村。環境一看，這麼大片農田，這麼多鳥、花，令到港澳遊客他們很歡喜，有家的感覺。很適合現在城市的人放鬆，特別是港澳，現在陸續知道就來訂房。」中山市早前發布有關鄉村建設的政策，指導鎮街要尊重鄉村風貌，突出地域特色，吸引旅客
