「視帝」郭晉安創辦草姬集團申上市 兩年前轉讓全部持股予胞姊 (16:14) – 20240528 – 即時財經新聞

據公司披露,現年59歲的郭晉安主要負責為集團的市場營銷提供整體戰略建議,在1999年已加入集團,在2002年首次成為集團品牌大使,亦在2000年5月至2022年5月擔任草姬國際的董事,並於2001年7月至2022年5月擔任ZINO International的董事。

作為「視帝」的郭晉安亦似乎一直以「親情價」為集團效力,在最近三個年度,即2021年至2023年,每年僅收取薪金、津貼及實物福利64萬元。據上市交件顯示,郭每年收取的64萬元是其作為「品牌大使」身份收取的酬金。此酬金水平明顯低於市場價格。

而草姬集團業務主要由草姬國際進行,在草姬國際成立之初,郭晉安及其姊均有持股,分例為四六開,惟郭晉安其後只保留一股,其餘轉讓予其姊﹔之後草姬國際由Herbs Holdings完全持股後,2018年曾向郭致因、郭晉安及其姊夫李日勝轉讓權益,三人持股分別為60%、30%及10%,但2022年3月郭晉安再次悉數轉讓予郭致因,令最終草姬國際由郭致因及其夫李日勝分別持股90%及10%。

與此同時,郭晉安與其前妻歐倩怡本月初突然公布離婚消息,當時二人表示:「自兩年前起我們已經分開生活了,經過雙方深思熟慮及溝通,最後,我們決定離婚了。」

另據上市交件顯示,在2021年集團應收款項中,包括應收郭致因2462.9萬元,截至2023年底郭致因始悉數結清相關款項,而集團亦在2021年欠郭晉安340.5萬元,已於2022年度結清。

據文件顯示,目前草姬集團所有自營店及品牌體驗中心均位於租賃物業。公司現時租用2個物業作辦公室、3個貨倉、2間品牌體驗中心及26間門店。
