Xiaomi Mix Flip’s launch month leaks

Xiaomi launched the Mix Flip in July of last year, and the company is hard at work on its successor. A new rumor out of China today tells us to expect the Mix Flip 2 to become official in June, so a little bit earlier.

The phone is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and it will be very thin. Previously leaked specs have indicated that the device would come with a 6.85-inch folding screen with “1.5K” resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, as well as a 5,100 mAh battery with support for 67W wired and 50W wireless charging.

It should have a 50 MP main camera with OIS and a 50 MP ultrawide, an IR blaster, NFC, and an IPX8 water resistance rating. If history repeats, then expect it to launch globally as well, a few weeks after it gets official in China.
