Popular K-drama Castaway Diva is all set to air a brand new episode on November 11, 2023. This series follows the story of an aspiring singer Seo Mok-Ha (Park Eun-Bin) who lives on a deserted island for 15 years until two brothers rescue her. She then adapts to modern life and society, while also meeting her idol singer.
Episode 5 of Castaway Diva will continue to document hints and clues about Seo Mok-Ha’s childhood friend Ki-Ho’s identity. Viewers have been wondering if it’s one of the two brothers, Kang Bo-Geol (Chae Jong-Hyeop) or Kang Woo-Hak (Cha Hak-Yeon). Both of them have significant background stories that could establish them as Ki-Ho. As of now, either one of them has an equal chance of being Ki-Ho until another character comes up with a close resemblance.

Episode 5 of Castaway Diva will air on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 9:20 p.m. KST on tvN and Netflix.
Episode 5 will continue where the previous episode left off. Bo-Geol helped Mok-Ha escape from Ki-Ho’s father. As he’s wearing a coat, Mok-Ha thinks he is Ki-Ho, who has finally returned to see her and is alive. However, she eventually finds out that it is Bo-Geol. This means her search for Ki-Ho is still on, but that doesn’t completely negate the assumption that Bo-Geol could be Ki-Ho himself.
Over the past few episodes, Bo-Geol’s condescension and denial about Ki-Ho’s existence is only raising everyone’s suspicions – either he is aware of Ki-Ho’s identity, or he himself is Ki-Ho and is hiding under a different name. In the upcoming episode’s preview, he isn’t too fond of Mok-Ha and his brother Woo-Hak’s focus on finding Ki-Ho.
Bo-Geol instantly found out that Mok-Ha might be in danger after hearing from Woo-Hak that Ki-Ho sent her flowers. This further points out that Bo-Geol knows something about Ki-Ho. Meanwhile, Mok-Ha is worried about Ki-Ho’s safety if he’s alive. Viewers will have to wait for the upcoming episode to see if Ki-Ho’s identity is finally revealed.
One can’t completely negate the fact that Woo-Hak might also be somehow connected to Ki-Ho. In the previous episode, he saw Ki-Ho’s father in his dream and fell unconscious. Viewers will have to stay tuned to see if Woo-Hak holds the key to Ki-Ho.
Meanwhile, Mok-Ha will continue to help her idol Yoon Ran-Joo (Kim Hyo-Jin) gain stardom. However, the latter’s outburst on Mok-Ha upsets her in the preview for the upcoming episode. Bo-Geol explains that Ran-Joo is taking all of her frustration out on her. While the idol is involved in a power struggle with an entertainment company CEO, will Mok-Ha be able to help her gain the success she once lost?
