NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Officers with the New Orleans Police Department are asking for the public’s help in finding two suspects who are accused of a property snatching incident in the French Quarter.
The incident occurred on Saturday, Feb. 14 around 12:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Bourbon Street. According to the NOPD, a woman “approached and distracted” the victim by dancing with him before removing the victim’s gold chain from his neck.

When the chain fell to the ground, the male suspect picked it up. The two suspects later fled the scene.
