警方搗破假冒客服電話詐騙集團拘12男 訛稱助「取消服務」涉約200萬元騙款 (18:52) – 20260122 – 港聞 – 即時新聞

東九龍總區科技及財富罪案組總督察林詩棋指,警方早期通過情報分析同深入調查,鎖定一個活躍於本地、由黑社會集團操控的詐騙集團。調查發現該集團租用3個分別位於九龍灣、觀塘及葵涌的工廈單位作「電話詐騙中心」。警方昨日(21日)展開行動,搗破3個運作中的詐騙中心,並以「串謀詐騙」罪名拘捕12名介乎21至38歲男子,包括3名骨幹成員。警方檢獲多部電腦、手提電話、電話卡及假冒客服職員的講稿。警方初步檢視涉案電話,發現當中有超過一萬份個人資料,包括姓名、電話及身份證號碼,相信涉案犯罪集團於去年9月至今,至少涉及20宗假冒客服電話騙案,涉款達200萬元。警方相信將會發現更多同類案件。 詐騙集團為成員提供講稿。(警方提供) 東九龍總區科技及財富罪案組高級督察李泳鋒指,涉案集團分工精密,骨幹成員負責營運詐騙中心,並設置打電話專用座位;有成員負責招攬年青人協助打電話,並提供講稿及教導對答方式。涉案集團以短租形式租用香港不同地方的工廈單位,每隔數個月就會轉換詐騙中心。 調查發現,集團成員會自稱為支付平台的客戶服務員,訛稱對方啟用平台提供的保險收費服務,要求收費;或者聲稱有關服務即將到期,要求對方繳費續保,否則會影響信用評級。 當對方表示並沒有選購服務時,騙徒會訛稱將電話轉駁至銀行職員,聲稱可以協助取消服務。當另一位假冒銀行職員騙徒獲取事主信任,騙徒就會用不同藉口,例如身分認證等,誘騙事主將款項轉賬到指定戶口作為「保證金」,或者交出理財密碼以供協助,繼而騙取金錢。 警方留意到,詐騙集團會營造時限,製造緊張氣氛,誘使事主匆忙轉賬。警方呼籲市民提高警覺,切勿向他人透露銀行資料及密碼,如有懷疑可以透過官方平台查詢,或致電警方「防騙易熱線」18222或於防騙伺服器查詢。   Source link

遺屬質疑裁判官否定專家證人證供 梁淑玲表示家屬對判決「極度失望」、「極度不滿」,她提到昨日傳媒焦點似乎聚焦在「非法被殺」的裁決,但裁決其實早於2020年作出。雖然相關刑事檢控已經完結,但家屬仍想召開死因庭,目的是想知道到底「有幾多人掂過隻水密門」、「有幾多人驗過呢隻船」、「有幾多人設計過呢隻船、造過呢隻船」。 梁淑玲提到專家證人均指出若船艙依照圖則設有水密門,船隻不會快速沉沒,惟財利船廠在製造船隻時臨時改圖則,「你幅圖有5個艙壁、6個艙,而家剩返4個(水密門),你同我講你無做錯?」她續指專家供稱如財利船廠按圖則造船,可以延長沉沒時間至用以小時計算,「佢喺船上面,你俾多一份鐘佢,相信佢都冇咁辛苦」、「一定會多咗人生存」。她形容判辭「ridiculous(匪夷所思)」。 另一名遺屬趙炳全亦指有關說法帶來「十萬個問號」,「安全何價?……39條人命係咪就係換嚟呢四隻字(不切實際)?」。徐志盛亦稱「唔明白一個以法律為專業嘅法官,憑乜嘢可以去否定唔同party請返嚟嘅專家嘅意見呢?」 遇難者家屬趙炳全(左起)、徐志盛及梁淑玲在裁決後受訪,表示對判決極度失望。(余卓祈攝) 官要求體恤海事處工作量 遺屬:誰體恤家屬? 梁淑玲認為,死因庭的裁決似乎反映裁判官告訴他們毋須追求真義,沒想到家屬追求真相13年來只換來「不切實際」四字,「唔明點解我哋作為一個乘客去坐一隻船……揸車都要年檢啦,咁我想問年檢嚟做咩呀?年檢唔係就係要檢查吓安唔安全咩?點解係不切實際呢?」如海事處認為不夠人力去辦事,應向上級反映,審視工作是否真正維護市民安全。 徐志盛補充指,若裁判官認為海事處每年要驗船量大而非常辛苦,「咁又不如搵啲數據睇下,你喺海面上面行緊嘅船多啲?定係路面上行緊嘅車多啲?運輸署照係年年咁驗車,咁係咪不切實際?」他指判決不僅是向家屬交代,反問判決是否可以釋除公眾疑慮。 梁淑玲(中)受訪時一度眼泛淚光。(余卓祈攝) 官冀各方吸取教訓 遺屬:受教訓的反而是我們 死因裁判官周慧珠在結語表示,海難奪去39條人命,「任何裁決及建議都無法抹去家屬的傷痛」,冀各方汲取教訓。遇難者家屬上午離庭,下午亦無到庭聽審,得悉結語後,徐志盛隨即怒稱「吸取教訓嘅係我哋39個屋企人喎,好似同其他人無關喎…受教訓嗰個係我哋喎,有啲咩教訓?睇唔到喎,而家我哋仲俾人指住話我哋多餘、不切實際喎…唔好再講啲話『向前看啊』…廢話嚟㗎!你想我地向前看就唔好拖住我哋隻腳啦!」 梁淑玲形容「呢一個烙印係一世㗎,就算佢今日俾咗個句號我,都係一世」,稱追求真相13年,終換來如此答案,感覺有愧於離世的家屬。她相信,離事件每多一年,就更難找出真相,認為香港若出現悲劇,就應儘快找出真相,香港才能向前和進步。她稱本來對香港法律仍抱很大希望,但如今對裁決極度失望。 Source link
