發展局常任秘書長(工務)劉俊傑率團1月19日赴廣州出席「水利部與香港特別行政區政府涉水事務管理與合作聯合工作小組」第一次會議,標誌內地與香港自去年4月簽署相關合作安排,建立常態交流機制後,在涉水事務的交流合作邁入新階段。會議討論多項交流合作落實機制,確定防災減災、供水安全保障、深圳河灣治理與保護、科技創新合作等領域的工作思路,並就智慧水務、灣區標準推廣普及等共同關心的議題交流。劉常秘感謝水利部和珠江水利委員會(珠江委)對香港的關心與支持,發展局高度重視做好落實合作安排的工作,組織相關部門與內地單位密切聯繫,深化合作,體現香港的涉水工作穩步融入國家整體發展體系。他表示,發展局主動對接國家發展戰略,充分發揮香港作為「超級聯繫人」和「超級增值人」的內聯外通優勢,通過工作小組深度參與大灣區建設,並舉辦更多國際會議,以助力內地優質技術與產品走向世界及引進海外先進經驗,更好融入和服務國家發展大局。出席會議的包括水利部國際合作與科技司副司長徐靜、珠江委主任吳小龍、珠江委副主任何力勁、水務署長黃恩諾、渠務署長莫永昌、土木工程拓展署土木工程處長黃志斌及發展局副秘書長(工務)陳志豪。徐靜肯定雙方推進的工作,指出應積極對接國家「十五五」水利規劃,包括水旱災害防禦、現代化水網建設等六項戰略任務,並深化人員往來與交流、共同舉辦或參與國際水利活動、聯合編制水利標準、提升科技創新能力,助力香港繁榮穩定及大灣區高質量發展。吳小龍表示,自合作安排簽署以來,珠江委與發展局已在多項重點領域取得豐碩成果。珠江委將持續加強與發展局的協作,落實具體合作安排,積極發揮雙方的技術和人才優勢,打造標誌性的創新成果,並加強交流與優勢互補,培育合作發展的新動能,推動合作升級。此外,與會代表考察了珠江水旱災害防禦「四預」平台、珠科院里水基地及珠三角水資源配置工程,了解內地在涉水事務領域的最新科技發展與成效。 Source link
