Chelsea closed in on Champions League qualification for next season as Sam Kerr’s double helped the Women’s Super League champions to a 4-1 win at Everton.
Kerr opened the scoring early on at Goodison Park with a trademark finish, only for Yuka Momik to bring the home side level with one of the goals of the season.
Chelsea then took control of proceedings after half-time, scoring through Kerr again before goals from Ellie Carpenter and Erin Cuthbert completed the win for Sonia Bompastor’s side.
