Regents Point in Irvine, CA, one of 10 HumanGood communities named a “Best Nursing Homes of 2023-2024” by U.S. News & World Report, is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor.  Under general supervision, the Maintenance Supervisor assists the Director of Building and Grounds in overseeing the work of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance staff to support our vision of maintaining the appearance and preservation of our community. Works involves scheduling, directing and participating in daily in specialized maintenance and repairs to facility, reviewing and inspecting the work of subordinate personnel to ensure effective and efficient performance of duties, and enforcing safety requirements.
